Mango Papaya Salsa

1 mango
1 papaya
1 large red bell pepper
1 avocado (optional-we didn't use)
1/2 sweet onion
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice or balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

1. Peel, seed and dice all fruits and veggies. Snip cilantro.
2. In bowl, mix everything together. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerator at least 30 minutes to let flavors mingle.
